Exchange and Refund Policy

** Anemos Products are a non-returnable item

  1. Anemos is happy to exchange or provide a refund for the product(s) purchased from the Anemos store within 7 days from the date of original purchase. Considering only if they are uninstalled/unopened and are in the original selling condition. In case any damage/ defect occurs when the product(s) has travelled from the delivered address to any other address, Anemos doesn’t hold responsibility to change the product(s). Any exchange of product(s) is subject to defects in manufacturing or transport from Anemos side only. The refunds can take up to 7 days to process. If the customer does not receive their refund within this time, Anemos suggests they please contact their respective bank. 
  1. Exchange or refund can be done only from the Anemos site from where the product has been purchased.
  1. Customers shall not be entitled to exchange or refund of the following products:
    • Installed and then uninstalled the product.
    • Damaged Product.
    • Once the product is used.
    • Customers requested altered products.
    • Products without original packing.
    • Purchases made overseas.
    • Purchase made through/by redeeming any gift vouchers/ cards/coupons.
  1. Anemos reserves the right to change this policy from time to time without prior intimation to the customers or prior transactions between the customers.
  1. Exchanges can only be made for products(s) of equal value or by paying the difference. 
  1. In case of manufacturing defect(s), the customer shall inform Anemos within 7 days and depending on further instructions the way forward will be determined. 
  1. Online purchased products can only be returned through the Anemos website ( For the online return, shipping fee will be charged as per actuals.
  1. Anemos reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
  1. If in the determination of Anemos, a customer is misusing the exchange and refund policy, Anemos reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund to that particular customer. For the purposes of this clause, a repeated pattern of purchase and return by a customer; bulk purchase of the same item and exchange may be considered an abuse of policy.
  1. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located in Mumbai.
