Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 10 business days of receipt from Anemos warehouse, and orders will ship out once processed. Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after the 10 business days of processing are completed.
  • During sales or promotional periods, orders may take an additional 10 days to process.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
  • Orders placed after 10 p.m. IST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Billing and Account Information:

  • Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. It agrees to promptly update the customer’s account and other information, including the email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that Anemos can complete the transactions and contact the customer as needed.
  • When ordering, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information submitted to Anemos is accurate. The customer may not be able to submit corrections after placing an order, and, if accepted, any corrections submitted after the order is placed may significantly delay the shipping of their order. Anemos reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any product, to extend the delivery timeline for any reason after the order has been placed and accepted, and/or to refuse to ship the product to the customer for any reason.
  • If the customer has any concerns or objections regarding charges, he/she agrees to raise them with Anemos first and agrees not to cancel or reject any credit card charges unless they have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with Anemos.
  • Anemos reserves the right to not process or cancel the customer’s order in certain circumstances, for example, if their credit card is declined, if it  suspects the request or order is fraudulent, or in any other circumstances, it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.
  • Anemos also reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to take steps to verify the customer’s identity in connection with their order. It will either not charge them or refund the charges for orders that it does not process or cancel.

Customs:

  • ANEMOS is not responsible for paying fees or rates charged by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs fees and rates. If the customer refuses to accept their package at customs due to high customs fees, Anemos is not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If the customer wants a refund on their order, they are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to Anemos. As such, once the package is received back at the warehouse, they will be credited for the cost of their order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to Anemos (if the customer has not paid it yet). ANEMOS is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuse a package, send it back to Anemos, and it will be delivered to Anemos back from customs. Anemos can issue the customer a refund for the order only if Anemos receives the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.
  • In the event the package is not returned to Anemos by customs or is lost in transit, Anemos cannot issue the customer a refund. It is not responsible for paying for the package to be returned or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
  • International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. ANEMOS is not responsible for orders that are held up at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.
